Teignmouth RNLI Open Day

Join our volunteers as we open the doors to our historic RNLI Boathouse, home to our Atlantic 85 Lifeboat. The volunteer crew are throwing open the station doors to welcome the local community for an afternoon of family fun, education, and insight into how they help keep our shores safe.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step inside the station, learn more about our vital lifesaving charity work, and find out what happens when the pagers sound.

What’s happening on the day:

• Meet our Crew & Visits Team: Learn about the station’s rich history and get up close to our Inshore Lifeboat, Claude & Kath.
• Cuppa with the Crew: Enjoy tea, coffee, cold drinks, and a wonderful selection of delicious homemade cakes (raising funds to help save lives at sea).
• Water Safety Team: Meet our Water Safety Team, explore real crew kit, and pick up essential water safety tips for everyone.

Admission is entirely free, and all donations raised on the day go directly toward supporting the RNLI to help save lives at sea. We look forward to seeing you there!
